Learning to deal with stress and tension certainly isn't conquered in a day. I used to think as life progressed everything would get easier, that all stress and anxieties would somehow dwindle and my self-assurance would naturally boost. However I'm learning as I get older life only gets more complex. Leaving me with only more to worry and stress over.

So how do you deal? Well, I used to analyze everything endlessly, which only stressed me out.  And I find going the extreme and ignoring stress doesn't  really help either.  Avoiding our stress doesn't negate it but sometimes induces it. How then do we let it go? We have to deal with it where it's rooted, in our minds.
